ekko Shareholders shall be entitled to up to R120 cashback at participating restaurants. The cashback amount will be calculated on the second most expensive main meal on the bill, up to a maximum of R120. The cashback claim is limited to a maximum of one claim per restaurant per day, and only one claim may be submitted every 3 hours, i.e. you may make multiple claims per day, provided that each claim is for a different restaurant, and the claims are at least 3 hours apart. The cashback claim is based on the restaurant’s standard prices and may not be used in conjunction with any special offers, promotions, discount vouchers, or loyalty programmes. The cashback claim includes takeaways and delivery orders, where available. The cashback claim includes main course/drink combos, provided that the combo is a standard menu item and not a special offer or promotional item. The cashback claim does not apply to desserts, toppings, sides, shareable platters, individual sushi items, extras on burgers/pizzas, or any “build-your-own” options. The cashback claim will be processed within 5 (five) working days. Claims made during the December holiday period may require additional time to process. The cashback claim is valid for the restaurants specified in the ekko mobile app. ekko may amend this list from time to time, and Shareholders should always refer to the ekko mobile app for the most recent/updated list of restaurants. A maximum of two separate Shareholders can make a claim on a single bill. In the case of two claims on a single bill, the first claim shall be calculated on the second most expensive main meal, and the second claim shall be calculated on the fourth most expensive main meal. All claims must be made via the ekko mobile app. A request for a cashback voucher via the ekko mobile app is not a booking with the restaurant. All claims are provided directly by and processed by ekko, not the restaurant. Please refer all queries to ekko.

1. You may purchase a maximum of 2 tickets per day.
2. You may purchase a maximum of 2 tickets per movie. If only 1 ticket is purchased, the remaining ticket cannot be used for the same movie, regardless of whether it's on the same day.
3. You may purchase a maximum of 4 tickets per month.
4. Unused tickets cannot be carried over to the following month.
5. You may purchase a maximum of 2 combos per day.
6. You may purchase a maximum of 4 combos per month.
7. The combo discount applies to a Regular Popcorn and Drink Combo only, which includes regular popcorn and either a regular soda, regular slush, or water.
8. The combos are only available for purchase with a movie ticket and cannot be purchased separately.
9. Unused combos cannot be utilised with other types of movie ticket purchases.
10. Unused combos cannot be carried over to the following month.
11. The new month's allocation of tickets and combos will be available from the 1st of each month, regardless of what day of the week it is.
12. These discounts may not apply to selected special offers and ad-hoc content.
13. These discounts cannot be combined with other promotions. If a movie ticket or combo is already discounted, your membership discount will be calculated based on the ticket's or the combo's original retail price.

5. Enter your Ekko Nu Metro membership number, which can be found in the Movie section of the Ekko App, then click "Apply Discount".

OPTION 3: USING THE CINEMA KIOSK

1. Visit any Nu Metro cinema and find an available kiosk.
2. Select your preferred cinema, movie, date, and time.
3. At the loyalty pop-up, enter your Ekko Nu Metro membership number, which can be found in the Movie section of the Ekko App, then click "Apply Discount".
4. Choose your ticket type, either:
   • "CRAVE MOVIES TICKET"
   • "CRAVE MOVIES TICKET + POPCORN & DRINK COMBO"
5. Select the number of tickets you require.
6. Choose your seat(s).
7. Complete your payment to receive your tickets.
